This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how and why they are used on the website aer.group and how users can manage their preferences, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC ("ePrivacy"). It forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

At present, the site uses exclusively technical cookies / local storage tools and loads resources from a third-party provider (Google Fonts). No statistical or profiling cookies are active.

The site also includes background videos hosted directly on the Controller's servers (not on third-party platforms), which do not set cookies.

Google Fonts — provided by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. It enables the display of the site's typefaces. For more information: policies.google.com/privacy. Any transfer of data to the United States takes place in compliance with the safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
